Prices
At Stella Argentis, all prices are in Euros. We reserve the right to change prices from day to day without prior consent.
Payment
Stella Argentis accepts payments with VISA-Dankort, VISA, VISA Electron, Mastercard, PayPal, and Bank Transfer. Payment will only be deducted from your account when the item is purchased. All amounts are in Euros, including VAT. We are not responsible for pricing errors.
Delivery
Stella Argentis strives to dispatch orders placed before 17:00 the next day; orders placed afterward will be dispatched the next business day. We ship to all of Europe. Items will be delivered to the delivery address specified at the time of ordering. Your items will be sent with Post Nord.
Warranty There is a 2-year warranty under the Danish Sale of Goods Act. Our warranty applies to defects in material and/or workmanship but not to the delivery. Depending on the specific situation, you can have the item exchanged, get a refund, or receive a price reduction. The warranty does not cover defects or damages caused by improper handling of the product/service. You must complain within a "reasonable time" after discovering the defect/error. Stella Argentis will cover return costs to a reasonable extent.

Refunds
For refunds, please provide bank details in the form of registration number and account number, so the agreed amount can be transferred. These details can be provided safely by email or another electronic form as they are not sensitive information and will only be used for the refund.
Right of Withdrawal
There is a 14-day full return policy on items purchased in our webshop. The period is calculated from the day;
- You receive the order.
- You receive the last item physically, in the case of an agreement for multiple different items ordered in one order but delivered individually or in several rounds.
- You receive the last batch or part physically, in the case of an agreement for the delivery of items consisting of multiple batches/parts.
- You receive the first item physically, in the case of regular delivery of items over a specific period. You must bear the return costs yourself. Withdrawal must be notified to us within 14 days after the purchase and you must return the shipment within 14 days of the withdrawal notification. The notification must be sent by email to stellaargentis@gmail.com. In the message, you must clearly state that you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal. If you wish to return the item to us, please fill out the attached Return Form and send the item to: Stella Argentis Batteriet 13 4100 Ringsted
You cannot withdraw by simply refusing to receive the item without also clearly informing us and you get your refund when we receive the product.
Items Exempt from the Right of Withdrawal
The following types of items are exempt from the right of withdrawal:
- Items manufactured to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalized.
- Sealed items which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and where the seal has been broken after delivery.
- Items which are, after delivery, according to their nature, inseparably mixed with other items.
- Items where the seal is broken.
- Delivery of digital content which is not delivered on a physical medium, if the performance has begun with the consumer's prior express consent and acknowledgment that the right of withdrawal is lost.
Returning Items
You must send your order back without undue delay and no later than 14 days after you have informed us of your withdrawal. You bear the direct costs of returning the items. When returning, you are responsible for ensuring the item is properly packed. You must enclose a copy of the order confirmation. Processing will be faster if you also fill out and enclose our Return Form. You bear the risk for the item from the time of delivery until we have received it back. We do not accept packages sent COD.
Condition of the Item Upon Return
You are only liable for any reduction in the item's value due to handling other than what is necessary to determine the item's nature, characteristics, and functionality. In other words, you can try the item as if you were trying it in a physical store.
If the item has been tried beyond what is described above, it is considered used. This means that if you withdraw from the purchase, only part or none of the purchase amount will be refunded, depending on the item's commercial value at the time of receipt - of the return. To receive the full purchase amount, you must only try the item without actually using it.
Refunds
If you regret your purchase, you will, of course, get the amount you have paid to us back. In case of a value reduction for which you are liable, this will be deducted from the purchase amount. When exercising the right of withdrawal, all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except additional costs due to your choice of a different delivery method than the cheapest form of standard delivery we offer), will be refunded without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the date we received the product. The refund will be processed using the same payment method you used for the original transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise. We may withhold the refund until we have received the item back unless you provide proof of returning it beforehand.
